BoJo is going to be a dad again, summer baby.

There are some muddled posters here.

Carrie is not married and never was.

Boris was. Twice.

Mummyoflittledragon · 29/02/2020 19:36

How did we end up with this. It seems likely he will go down as the idiot, who took us out of the EU at the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic of 2020 /21.

Wouldn’t it be sweet if she proposed.

AdoptedBumpkin · 29/02/2020 19:37

The most recent ex partner seems to be Harry Cole, political journalist. From what I can work out from Google.

PineappleDanish · 29/02/2020 19:50

In her position, too right I'd marry him. How often are women slated on here for leaving themselves vulnerable by getting pregnant to a serial shagger and not getting married?

TwigTheWonderKid · 29/02/2020 19:53

I love the fact that under "Children" in his Wikipedia page it says 5 or 6

goodbyestranger · 29/02/2020 19:54

Slightly struggling with the fact that one can't state the fact that Boris is a blob Confused

Not in the least surprised his adult kids have shown him the door.

And yes, how gauche to announce this happy news on the back of the less happy news from the Home Office.

Alsohuman · 29/02/2020 19:55

But would you be in her position @PineappleDanish? Most of us would rather drink bleach.

goodbyestranger · 29/02/2020 19:55

Definitely smarter on Carrie's part to get the piece of paper processed though. Far more lucrative when Boris dollies off in a few years time for his new piece of skirt.

GinnyStrupac · 29/02/2020 19:58

I would not get involved with a Boris, but having known a few Boris types there are plenty of women like Carrie who would, given the chance, and do.

JuanSheetIsPlenty · 29/02/2020 19:59

I certainly wouldn’t be having his child without being married. She’s absolutely right on that count.

PineappleDanish · 29/02/2020 20:01

But would you be in her position @PineappleDanish? Most of us would rather drink bleach.

Absolutely don't envy her position at all. However, bit late for the bleach now. The deed is done. She needs to get married asap before the baby arrives. And then take him for all he's got when history repeats itself in another few years...

FoamingAtTheUterus · 29/02/2020 20:01

Wonder if it was a victory Shag ?? >

fastliving · 29/02/2020 20:05

In the much parodied lady from Bristol....

"NOT ANOTHER ONE!"

DustOffYourHighestHopes · 29/02/2020 20:06

It’s absolutely the right decision (objectively, financially - have obviously no idea who the really are or how they think and feel) for her to marry the father of the child, who has far greater earning potential.

I guess the other withdrawal agreement fell through.*

AHAHAHAJA

TheMagiciansMewTwo · 29/02/2020 20:06

Getting married is the most sensible thing to do in her situation. Apart from her inexplicable taste in men, she seems quite smart. She'll know the relationship doesn't have much chance of long-term success. She might not even want it to last (bearing in mind the domestic) but being married to him puts her in a much better position than just being his pregnant mistress. I wish her luck. She's going to need it.

JuanSheetIsPlenty · 29/02/2020 20:10

Apart from her inexplicable taste in men, she seems quite smart.

I’m thinking it’s possibly not even a taste in men but just another sign of how smart she is. He’s very wealthy, not averse to producing children with whoever is nearby and marrying too and she knows he’ll shag around so she can divorce him after a relatively short marriage and reap the rewards.

goodbyestranger · 29/02/2020 20:10

Not sure I feel overwhelming sympathy for Carrie. She knew his form when she chose to have an affair with him years ago. Nevertheless, absolutely right to wring a marriage certificate out of him. It = $

GinnyStrupac · 29/02/2020 20:12

I don't think she's short of money from family and personal earning perspectives. Perhaps she would be better off keeping her independence, given their relationship history and BJ's own.

SummersMahoosiveClipOnFringe · 29/02/2020 20:13

Perhaps she is just not that fussed about his alleged love of minge.

midwestspring · 29/02/2020 20:19

Hardly the car crash people are making out.

Your standards are pretty low if this doesn't count as a car crash.
A serially adulterous bloke, who denies parentage of the dc that his affairs produce.
A relationship which is violent enough neighbors have called the police.
On his third marriage assuming he follows through.
If Carrie was my dd I'd be really sad for her.

PlomBear · 29/02/2020 20:23

I would be very sad if the father of my baby was so unstable that the neighbours called the police. I really hope Carrie isn’t trapped in an unhappy relationship...

SansaSnark · 29/02/2020 20:28

I think it's fair game to comment on his appearance, actually. If he was a woman, there's no chance he'd be an MP, let alone PM with a potential secret love child and children with multiple parents. So I don't think it's worth applying that logic. Theresa May was slated for her appearance by some people anyway.

I guess this is why he couldn't hold the Coronavirus COBRA meeting this weekend though Hmm

february08baby · 29/02/2020 20:32

You don't have to like him to hope the pregnancy goes well.

I can see the attraction - money and power - and certainly not looks.

Maybe he's very good in bed? shudder

But politics aside, it is nice news for them both.

SeaWitchly · 29/02/2020 20:39

He is disgusting and she is an idiot.
Yes indeed, imagine if it was Jeremy Corbyn announcing the impending arrival of his sixth or seventh child from his 20 odd years younger pregnant girlfriend when the ink is hardly dry from his divorce from his cancer stricken previous wife Hmm

SeaWitchly · 29/02/2020 20:42

I am sorry to say this announcement at this time is the ‘dead cat’ as distraction from Priti Patel and the implosion of the civil service.
