AI Holidays - why go to far flung places and spend most of your time in an hotel.
Gogglebox / reality TV / soaps.
Cruises - nice to wake up in a different place every day but traipsing round in a huge gang and having to share a dinner table.

I would have said spa days for sure BUT I i had several Swedish massages (try saying that after a few!) on holiday recently and you know what - they were superb and I loved it.
I am a convert. They are indeed expensive though.

I'm not veggie, just eat about 90 per cent vegetarian food because I like it (and DP is veggie). But it's being sucked into the vegan trend vortex.
