Sausage and apple plait which I'm actually making myselfShock
Broccoli, cauli, carrots, peas and onion gravy
Think I might even make a syrup sponge for pudding
With all that stodge I challenge even Ciara to blow me off my feet Grin

Cinnamon swirls are just going in the oven now and the coffee machine is on.

Later will be stuffed chicken breasts, roast potatoes, honeyed carrots, roasted cauliflower and homemade Yorkshire puddings followed by creme brûlée's.

Stormy Sunday's are for feeding up

Mominatrix · 09/02/2020 12:10

Tartiflette. Gooey warm cheese with bacon, potatoes, onions, and Cauliflower (this is not very Savoyard, but it is my contribution to the dish).

Ouchaheadinmybehind · 09/02/2020 12:10

I’ve just had half a packet of chocolate biscuits Blush
Roast lamb later with cabbage, peas, carrots, roasties & mash.

Getoffmylilo · 09/02/2020 12:12

Risotto, massive one and gin and tonic.

bringonyourwreckingball · 09/02/2020 12:13

Tartiflette with roast chicken legs and salad. Pure stodge.

Elouera · 09/02/2020 12:14

Slow roasted pork, carrots, cauli mash, kalettes, broccoli cheese, keto yorkshires, green beans and roasted radishes. (on a keto diet!).

Might make either keto cheesecake or keto creme brulee for dessert- mmm, maybe both! Grin

Lyricallie · 09/02/2020 12:15

My fiance makes the best crepes. And I've just had cheese and chorizo crepes and potentially a Nutella one for a brunch dessert Grin

noodledoodler · 09/02/2020 12:17

Just had smoked salmon pate bagels and later its roast chicken dinner on the menu. A bit conflicted by the sausage meat tart I made last night with my reduced aisle bargains, so yummy I could eat it now, and later. Also now wondering if I have the making of syrup sponge in the cupboard Smile defo a comfort food kinda day.

Pieceofpurplesky · 09/02/2020 12:17

Scrambled egg on toast for brunch.
Roast pork and all the trimmings for tea. In between mopping up the water pouring in to my hall through the ceiling 😳

No idea. Had to cancel Sunday lunch out due to flooding. Looks like omelettes. And after eight mints

BlueJava · 09/02/2020 12:20

Just grilling sausages with white bread rolls and egg for late breakfast/lunch.

IsAnybodyListening · 09/02/2020 12:23

Hot and spicy breaded chicken, Jacket potato with garlic butter, cheese, and garlic dip, green beans and sweetcorn.

Dp will grab a bottle of white and a sticky toffee pudding and custard from the shop later. Fire is going on, and a lazy afternoon.

glotterbug · 09/02/2020 12:24

Hot cross buns and crepes for a lazy late breakfast, sausage traybake for tea (test run for when I go full time at work).

Chottie · 09/02/2020 12:26

What lovely meals everyone is planning! :)

I had scrambled eggs for breakfast and I really don't know what to have for dinner tonight.......

Somebodystired · 09/02/2020 12:27

DS(3) and I have just made homemade pizzas for lunch. We will ne having pork, roast potatoes, Brussels and green beans for dinner once DH is home from work.

Stravapalava · 09/02/2020 12:30

I'm at work, so I've brought leftover bean & pumpkin chilli and some rice in.

DH and the DC are having pesto pasta bake from the freezer.

ScouseQueen · 09/02/2020 12:31

Spag bol and garlic bread tonight. Comfort classic. Have popcorn and Quality Street to work through in front of a film / box set this afternoon.

bobstersmum · 09/02/2020 12:33

Beef casserole and a big pile of buttery mash, possibly with a few yorkshire puds.

TheresWaldo · 09/02/2020 12:36

Roast pork, with roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, stuffing and yorkies.

AgeLikeWine · 09/02/2020 12:37

DP is cooking Boeuf Bourguignon with mashed root veggies. It’s currently in the oven and it smells amazing. It won’t be ready for hours, but I can’t wait to get stuck in Smile.

TheWooisStrong · 09/02/2020 12:38

Homemade peanut butter cookies and baked chilli cheese sandwiches for lunch.
DH is doing a roast for dinner this evening.

ClientQueen · 09/02/2020 12:39

Jacket potato with beans and cheese I think

noodledoodler · 09/02/2020 12:44

I usually meal plan on a sunday, so far I already have beef bourgugion, spag bol and poor mans stew (in honour of Wesley of course) on the board, loving the inspiration here

DoAsYouWouldBeMumBy · 09/02/2020 12:47

I've got a pot of soup on the go (onion, turnip, carrot and potato) and later we will have the Marks Sunday lunch deal I picked up yesterday - pork loin joint, stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast cauliflower and green beans.
