Anyone never had a... Nosebleed, headache, other common ailment?

Talking to lady in MacDonalds as I tired to stop sons nose bleeding and she commented she'd never had a nosebleed, to which I was quite frankly agog.

Also remember someoen telling me in our 20s they'd never had a headache.

I've never had a broken bone but that seems a lot more dramatic 😂

This is fascinating!

firesong · 28/01/2020 23:47

I used to not be able to burp at all. Then when I was 30, I was pregnant and burping away! I burp too much now Sad

PerfectParrot · 28/01/2020 23:48

Never had a nosebleed, never fainted. DM assures me I did burb like a normal baby but I can't ever remember doing it and I can't do it even when I try to.

Never sneezed more than twice in a row.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 28/01/2020 23:53

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned period pains, I can't be the only one who never had them?

Never had a headache, only a slightly delicate hangover head.

Never had a broken bone, or fainted.

And never felt even slightly nauseous for 4 pregnancies.

Am a champion burper though!

Neednewwellies · 28/01/2020 23:54

In the nicest possible way, you lots are freaks! Grin

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 28/01/2020 23:55

Oh, I could sneeze for England, I get a couple of fits a day for no apparent reason.

Letthemysterybe · 28/01/2020 23:55

I simply don’t believe that someone could get to adulthood without bruising.

Sparklingbrook · 28/01/2020 23:56

I have never

Broken a bone
Fainted
Had piles

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 28/01/2020 23:57

It's funny isn't it. I don't get the not bruising, that is a bit freaky.

Missillusioned · 28/01/2020 23:59

I've never had a nosebleed. I've never been stung by a wasp or bee. I've never had a UTI.

SecondTimeCharm · 29/01/2020 00:02

No nosebleeds, fainting or broken bones here. Plenty of headaches and intensely awful migraines to make up for it though

SecondTimeCharm · 29/01/2020 00:03

Posted too soon! I also can’t burp, it’s actually very annoying and can be quite painful? And I’ve never had thrush

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 29/01/2020 00:03

I met a woman years ago who had never had a period, but she had 2 children?!

thatonesmine · 29/01/2020 00:07

I've never had flu and until I was in my 30s I hadn't had chicken pox, I caught it from my kids when it went round their school but never had it as a child myself.

scrappydappydoo · 29/01/2020 00:18

Never had antibiotics.
adviceneededon when I was younger I never cried tears as my tear ducts were blocked. My mum said that even though I showed emotion on my face it didn’t seem real Sad (She didn’t think I was faking - just that it was very weird). I had an operation to unblock them and more than make up for it now!

TheSheepofWallSt · 29/01/2020 00:26

This is absolutely mental.

I feel like a lumpen, misshapen, plaque riddled, flatulent, bruised black and blue heft of humanity compared to you lot.

managedmis · 29/01/2020 00:39

Me too, sheep, me too 😒

mawbroon · 29/01/2020 00:54

Never had flu, even when others in the house have been bedridden.

drivingtofrance · 29/01/2020 01:06

I have never had a nosebleed. DS used to get them often as a young child. Still does occasionally.

I've done all the rest on your list though. Many times.

Dayshaview · 29/01/2020 01:10

Never had a uti
Or period pain
Or sunburn
Or broken bones
Or a nose bleed
Or motion/sea sickness
Or tonsillitis
Or toothache
Or dental work, only had checkups and cleans

What @TheSheepofWallSt said. Mindblowing reading!

User12879923378 · 29/01/2020 02:15

I haven't had a nosebleed or a cold sore but no burping? No vomiting? No bruising?

Zoflorabore · 29/01/2020 02:24

I’m 42. I’ve never had a cold sore or broke a bone or fainted.

I’ve also never drank coffee which is totally irrelevant to the thread but seems to shock a lot of people. I love my Yorkshire tea bags though Smile

celebgoss101 · 29/01/2020 02:28

If you've never burped it can actually be painful and there is a reason behind it. There is a no burp group on Reddit and I watched a video of someone having Botox to allow them to be able to burp
