What are your dc school hours?

Just that really, we are in Ireland and my dcs school times are
8.40- 1.20 (Dd age 6)
And DS’s age 8 and 11 are 8.40-2.20

What are your dc school hours and where are you?

In UK 8.50-3.15 with 15 mins break am and 35 mins lunch. No afternoon break.

8 - 12:10 or 11:25 for DC2 age 8
8 - 13:00 or 12:10 for DC1 age 9

We're in Germany. Kids don't eat lunch at school, but they do go on the bus so I only have to do the Kindergarten run for DC3! I do miss the longer school days they had in England!

DD age 13, 8.45 to 3.25, and a half day on Wednesdays.

Secondary - 8.50-3.40-3.50 (staggered finish).

8.50 (gates open at 8.40) - 3.25 for DC2 in Reception and 3.30 for DC1, except on Fridays when it finishes at 2.15.

Their previous schools (both MOD, so British schools abroad)

7.25-13.00- there were 2 breaks, one 15 mins and one of 25mins
8.30-3.00- 15mins morning break and an hour for lunch.

Of the three timings, I preferred the 7.25-1pm. Having the whole afternoon for extra curricular and family time was great. The standard working day was 6.30-2pm.

All mine are 8.40 till 2.20.until next year.

Ds going in to secondary so 9.till 3.30 and half day Wednesday.Im in Ireland as well.

DD and DS2 (prep): 8.30-4
DS1: State secondary: 8.45-3.45
