What's on the menu tonight?

I currently have a sausage casserole in the oven and the smell is making me hungry! Sausages with beans, tomatoes and winter vegetables, to be served with sides of cheesy mash and green beans.

What is everyone cooking tonight?

Sprouts fried in butter with garlic and bacon with cheese and Worcester sauce stirred in. Served with new potatoes and some vegetarian steak.

Leftover curried mutton, spicy roast potatoes, cauliflower and green beans. Banana cake.

We had pulled pork with a sweet potato salad and black beans.

Peanut and sweet potato stew and mash

A cross between a lasagna and chilli con carne. Made a batch of chilli then put a third in the bottom of a casserole dish. Topped with homemade tortilla, which was spread with mascarpone and sprinkled with grated cheddar. Then another layer of chilli & repeat finishing with tortilla and cheeses. Bake in oven at 170°C fan for around 40 minutes.
