I currently have a sausage casserole in the oven and the smell is making me hungry! Sausages with beans, tomatoes and winter vegetables, to be served with sides of cheesy mash and green beans.

I've got a pot of lentil soup on the go which we'll have soon with homemade crusty bread. We had a big lunch so something a little smaller for dinner
