I still watch Chucklevision at 26.

I roll my eyes. A lot.

I also cuddle a pillow in bed.

I had a strop at Disney a couple of years ago and stamped my foot.

SimonJT · 23/12/2019 19:22

@frankie001 We almost certainly have the same lamp! Best! Lamp! Ever!

Patsypie · 23/12/2019 19:24

Howling at these! What's the cunt song?!

firstimemamma · 23/12/2019 19:30

Fish fingers and chips followed by ice cream is my idea of heaven.

NarwhalsNarwhals · 23/12/2019 19:44

I sleep with a cuddly toy, weird thing is I didn't as a child, its a habit I developed in my late teens.

Arrowfanatic · 23/12/2019 19:52

I eat sweets

I play on the swings (although they give me motion sickness now)

I love teen movies like Maze Runner.

I've been known to wipe my nose on my sleeve when I'm out with no tissues.

youvegottobekidding · 23/12/2019 19:52

Laugh at farts
Pull faces behind DH back
I have a comfort blanket at night

Probably loads more but I can’t remember at the moment!

DamsonDress · 23/12/2019 20:11

Cover my ears when I have trouble sleeping.

Stems from childhood when I was told if an earwig crawled into your ear while you slept it would eat your brain and lead to certain death.

Similarly I will overreact to a small splinter (lest it work it's way into my bloodstream causing certain death).

Looking back, quite a lot of the misinformation I took on board ended in sage concern for my almost certain death. It's a wonder I made it out of the 80s alive.

SchrodingersUnicorn · 23/12/2019 20:23

I have 6 cuddly toys who must all sleep in my bed every night. When I go away I take two with me (the four left at home look after each other). When I was first married and my husband found this odd (to say the least) I bought him his own cuddly toy. He now can't sleep without it either :) :)

Chociefish · 23/12/2019 20:24

Lovin this thread. I play with my ears when I'm tired and spin round on my chair at work especially when I win a contract.
Love a bit of kids telly with my girls if I get woken up early.

wanderings · 23/12/2019 20:27

When I wear sandals, I keep glancing down to check all my toes are there: childhood fear that they might disappear. If I put shoes/boots/slippers on my bare feet, I say goodbye to my toes. For some reason I don't feel the need to do this when I have socks on.

firstimemamma · 23/12/2019 20:27

My fiancé is obsessed with the biscuit jar, it amuses me no end.

firstimemamma · 23/12/2019 20:29

When I get a splinter it's like the world is ending yet I also pushed out a nearly 9 pound baby on only gas and air.

frankie001 · 23/12/2019 21:04

@SimonJT this handsome beast?

What Childish thing do you still do?
Justonemoremojito · 23/12/2019 23:07

I can't be the only one who laughs at uranus jokes still?? Grin

APJ1 · 24/12/2019 07:32

I still eat fish fingers and potato smiley faces or Alphabites. If it's Alphabites then of course I try to spell my own name and/or make rude words with the letters!

BikeRunSki · 24/12/2019 07:36

@Justonemoremojito, I can handle Uranus, but “dongle” always makes me snigger.

dementedma · 24/12/2019 07:47

I write rude words on steamed up windows. I am 55.
If we have chocolates like Quality Street, my mother rolls up the wrappers and flicks them at everyone. She is 84

wanderings · 24/12/2019 08:15

If my DH wears a beanie hat, he's asking me to sneak up and pull it down over his eyes. He does it to me too. I once accidentally put my hoodie on back to front, and he was quick to pull the hood up over my face and draw the strings tight. Xmas Shock

Soon after that, when he sat on a park bench, I took off the beanie he was wearing, put it on his head the wrong way round so he couldn't see, and tied the dangly bits tight. I then jokingly interrogated him about things I was wearing, and didn't allow him to see anything until he had answered enough questions correctly!

MotherHeggy · 24/12/2019 08:38

I always sleep with my teddy.
Read Famous Five/Malory Towers/St Clare/other ''classic'' kids books.
Stick fingers up/stick my tongue out at people/my son behind their backs if they've annoyed me/pissed me off.

hungrywalrus · 24/12/2019 11:09

I wrote rude words into the limescale in th shower cubicle just now

BikeRunSki · 24/12/2019 16:46

Splash through puddles on purpose

BearSoFair · 24/12/2019 16:51

I came on to say the same as Ditsythespider, giving people the finger through a wall if they've wound me up!
