Yes, the contemporary house (with 'versatile temple attached' 😂) is horribly decorated and furnished. It's so drably and timidly suburban. The new house looks a bit 1970s to me in design and it needs that sort of internal treatment.

Cheapest house at £40k - newly decorated with brand new kitchen and bathroom. My main concern would be that the washing machine sitting in the living room means that they couldn't get it downstairs to the basement kitchen.
