There are only 3 between 900k and 1M within 5 miles of us.
I dont fancy any of them. One gas agricultural o occupancy restrictions on it, one includes i's own pub, and the final one has amazing views, but is a mass of glass sliding doors and no privacy.

So many with beams, I hate them. Also the prices for pokey flats in London is terrible. Look at this. Not a million but look at it. Andy Carroll's football mansion.
