You don’t meet any Fidos, Rovers or Rexs any more, do you?

Or, channeling Neighbours, any Bouncers.

Any others?

Jock
Skye
Moss
Though maybe I just got all these from James Herriott and they're still all the rage in the Yorkshire Dales.

FrogFairy · 01/12/2019 19:43

CherryPlum · 01/12/2019 19:43

I wonder if they will come back into fashion, like babies being called old man names?

@JesusInTheCabbageVan I've got a Skye. She's an 11 yr old staffy cross rescue. I've also got a Ralph. Hmm

BennyTheBall · 01/12/2019 19:54

Prince? My parents had 2 sets of friends with black labs named Prince.

And perhaps bizarrely, we had 2 neighbours growing up that both had poodles, and both were called Pepe.

florriepeck · 01/12/2019 19:58

Gyp

Laiste · 01/12/2019 20:16

Oh yes, Lady! When i was little my nan's neighbor had a noisy Dalmatian called Lady. Used to jump up and bark through the fence at me. Late 1970s. That's a blast from the past!
