If so, which one? I was very disorganised this year, as I normally have a pork scratching one, but couldn't find one this year. I've gone for a lindt one instead...

I have a Lindt one but I've yet to have a chocolate out of it as my daughter has had both!

I have a gorgeous one made by Caspari. More glittery than it looks in the pic. My daughter has a Friends Lego one though it cost £££ and she's really too old.

Yes plus one for the cat, one for the dog and one for the rabbit!

I had too many. Dcs decided this year to get me one. And customers also got me one. So I have various chocolates, sweets, candles, beauty and fragrance. Ended up with a ridiculous amount of 18.

Youngest also have a few as siblings also got him one, plus I made one of little things he would enjoy that cost very little. He ended up with 8, normally 2.

quite a few were put in the local food bank. After I spoke to the giftee a few were also given to others.

My husband bought me a malteasers truffles advent calendar.
First time he's ever done that in 14 years and 6 weeks after my neurologist told me ( in front of him ) I should stop eating chocolate & drinking coffee ( I know , sadistic bitch haha) so my DC are taking turns at opening it every other day !

aibutohavethisusername · 02/12/2019 20:51

I have a DairyMilk one.

PurBal · 02/12/2019 20:57

For the first time in ages (possibly ever) no.

thismeansnothing · 02/12/2019 21:05

I treated myself to a Reese's one. Paid £5 for it and there aren't even pictures Inside the doors. What a jip. I'll stick with me £1 Maltesers one from now on

It’s always only been the dc who get them here - (now 17 and 20) and up to a few years ago it was picture ones only. Now dd gets the M&S one as well - but still no chocolate advent calendars here!

AdaColeman · 03/12/2019 12:25

As well as my Tea calendar, (supreme matcha green for today) I've also got a Milan Cathedral calendar with lovely Botticelli angels in the windows.

TreacherousPissFlap · 03/12/2019 14:52

I'm feeling rather dejected now Grin
We have a set of little rusty buckets with a Celebration each in. The buckets please me greatly but they are not a Jo Malone advent calendar

We also have an Advent of Change calendar which is a really nice way of giving to charity at Christmas. It neatly replaced the bastard Samaritans Purse that we used to do too Hmm

HelenaJustina · 03/12/2019 20:06

We’re doing a reverse advent calendar for a local food bank. The DC are really invested in it, the box is wrapped and they each choose something to put in each day.

DontGoIntoTheLongGrass · 03/12/2019 20:10

No as I don't like the horrible chocolate ones. Bought dh a coffee beans one as he's getting into coffee beans at the moment.
