I haven’t watched the interview, but heard reports of the content. I just find it unbelievable he claims he can’t remember meeting a woman he had his arm around! Despicable. Does anyone believe him?

Does anyone think that Prince Andrew's non-alcoholic drink was drugged with something being as he has no recollection of a woman he was clearly happy to be pictured with and have his arm around her waist? Maybe he willingly was under the influence as part of his memory has been wiped out completely! I would have loved if Emily asked him if he would be happy to take a lie detector test!! His response would have nailed it!!

I hope Harry and Meghan learn from this and step away from the whole circus.

He can still do charity work and she can return to acting and he probably already has enough independent wealth to live very comfortably.

However, the Crown doesn't generate enough wealth or work to enable spare heirs to compete with the super rich, particularly as they fall down the hereditary line.

No I don't think his drink was spiked, it is more likely he doesn't remember her because she didn't matter to him, she was just there to 'serve' him, one of the many.

Not sure how he remembers not having sex with her...

Apparently the experts cant prove it one way or the other because the published picture is a photo of a photo. I find it very difficult to believe that even a man who routinely goes out in a suit and tie never takes them off during the course of an evening.

Having watched the whole thing it confirmed the impression given by the extracts.

Ridiculous man was wriggling like a wriggly thing in wriggle town and apparently all against the advice of his own PR experts who didn't need to be psychic to see how it was all going to play.

New pics have now been printed in the DM tonight of Andrew (who never parties) partying with various women in St Tropez with arms around their waist too (he said he never does PDA's). He might claim he doesn't remember partying there either!

Watching 'the Crown' epsiode 1 at the moment - the Queen is very upset that she is having to pretend that she doesn't know that Anthony Blunt has betrayed his country - Duke of Edinburgh: "He should be shot!".

However in real life it appears that the Royals are more like the characters in 'Succession'. As long as you can say 'NRPI', 'No real person involved' you just move on.

Even allowing for tabloid exaggeration, this article and the Daily Mail article talk about him attending parties with Ghislaine Maxwell a few months before the Virginia Giuffre photo.

The original photo is supposedly held by the FBI. Surely they would have checked the photo for authenticity - using the considerable resources at their disposal - as soon as they got it?

I thought it was considered too much of a risk to the rest of the troops to have royals doing frontline duties. Isn’t that why Harry was pulled out of Afghanistan when the DM printed where he was deployed?
