There's a good chance ill be on my own this Hogmany and I'm actually quite looking forward to it.

I'm planning on getting some nice cheeses in and snuggle Iin bed with good food and the kittens!
What cheeses would you buy and chutneys?
Oh and does anyone have any recommendations for places I could maybe buy these cheeses for home delivery as i dont live anywhere that has a decent choice and I want to treat myself to something a bit nicer than just Asda or Tesco!

No it wouldn’t.

Black bomber cheddar
Wensleydale
Somerset brie
Colston Bassett stilton
Gorgonzola dolce
Morbier
Saint Marcellin or Saint Felicien
Picadon or Rocamadour goats cheese
Comte

I could go on!
All with a selection of Peters yard crackers, a good tomato chutney and some grapes

Not strictly relevant to your question but this was my cheese wedding cake from Courtyard Dairy it was bloody delicious and better than a boring old sponge Grin

Pong cheese is great for delivery. All
Sorts of different hampers and you can pick your own.

My favourite cheese ever is called Langres - it can be quite hard to find but I did notice Tesco had it in last week.

Godminster cheeses are all great too.
