Trewser · 11/11/2019 10:46

Jesus. I'd say thats a decidual cast.

Lardlizard · 11/11/2019 10:46

Loveagoodpaxo · 11/11/2019 10:47

I would go to your Gp. Keep the photo.

TreacherousPissFlap · 11/11/2019 10:47

Wow, I've just googled "decidual cast". It's safe to say I've had better mornings Grin

www.aafp.org/afp/2018/1001/p449.html

Lardlizard · 11/11/2019 10:55

That could be what it is I guess
As I have just taken provera to prevent a period on holiday
Perhaps I don’t need to see the gp then

Christ, you learn something new every day! I’ve never heard of this and have now googled 😬. I would definitely see your GP just to be on the safe side.

SinkGirl · 11/11/2019 11:11

I’m sure a decidual cast. I’ve had a few. Pretty scary. Any chance you’re pregnant - usually caused by hormones but ocasioally a sign of ectopic pregnancy IIRC

Lardlizard · 11/11/2019 11:16

100 percent not pregnant as not had sex

Did take provera while on holiday

Fucking hell, the third one has a face 😳😳😳

Lardlizard · 11/11/2019 11:17

Had bad periods pain and I thought to myself this feels almost like labour pains
Then I thought I must be exaggerating how painful this is
I must be thinkkng the pain is worse than it actaully is

OP posts:
Lardlizard · 11/11/2019 11:20

Tryingnottopainic if you’ve had this before what was the treatment and what did your dr day of your saw him or her ?

Very · 11/11/2019 11:28

Just googled decidual cast

First thought was 'ew'

next thought was 'awwww... cute! It's a little cast of your uterus'

how lucky are you to get a look at the shape of your uterus!

AllStarBySmashMouth · 11/11/2019 11:34

YIKES

Fascinating though. Never seen anything like it!

Spam88 · 11/11/2019 11:35

What a decidual cast..? I'm scared to google incase of more pictures 😂

peachgreen · 11/11/2019 11:45

Yes, I've had one of those. Mine looked like a brain. It was extremely creepy and weird (and quite painful!).

nocluewhattodoo · 11/11/2019 11:47

iMatter · 11/11/2019 11:47
