Not done one of these for a while, but I always really enjoy hearing about people's clothes (especially the bargains and the amazingly expensive things some people get the chance to wear).
Today I am wearing a pair of boyfriend jeans (Next) that were £5 from the chazza as well as a long sleeved rust-coloured t-shirt with small paisley type print on it (M&S) that was £3 also from chazza. Over this I have a thin navy sweater (H&M) also £3. Socks were cheapo pack of three (£6)(emergency purchase on camping trip when my feet were very cold). M & S pants (6 pack for £12) and an M & S bra from the sale (£8). My shoes are very chunky brown leather lace-ups, brand I've not heard of before (Fun & co !!) that look like 'Art' brand, also chazza for around £7.
I work for myself from home and have three children who are getting under my feet in half term.
Over to you lot.

You're all sounding simply gorgeous by the way.

Redcrayons · 22/10/2019 22:43

Under armour trackie bottoms
‘this girl can’ t-shirt
jumper from H&M

Bit Of a mis-match, I wouldn’t go out in any of it. I got changed straight after work into the nearest things, to prune the rose bushes as it’s garden waste bin day tomorrow.
Off to bed shortly, so it will be my nightie.

InsertFunnyUsername · 22/10/2019 22:43

Butt naked now so am cheap as chips at the moment Grin

Earlier I was wearing a Primark bra £8 Peacocks knickers £2.50, Matalan vest top £4. River Island Jean's £30. Tommy Hilifger trainers £90 and socks from a multi pack around £5 for 6 pairs I think.

As usual I am bedecked in charity shop chic. Today's offering is a Mantaray dress that cost me £6 from Headway last weekend, a black tshirt that I've had forever but was from, I think, Matalan for around £4. Long woolly cardy from Severn Hospice for £2 a few years ago. Black leggings which were new (!) from Sainsburys for £10 last winter. Pants from Sains or Tesco and bra that's so old it was probably from BHS.
Boots were new and expensive, for me, at £40 last year.

CremeEggThief · 22/10/2019 22:50

Skinny black jeans from H&M, which I think were £9.99.
Green tee-shirt from Matalan, which cost £4.
Non-wired black bra from Sainsbury's, which cost £6 or £7.
A green and black flannel shirt from Dorothy Perkins which cost £15 nearly 10 years ago.
White knickers from a Primark 5 pack, so no more than £1?
Black and grey trainer socks from a multi-pack. £1 or £2 max.
Total: £37.99- 39.99.

shitpark · 22/10/2019 22:52

Right now, pyjamas Asda I think £8, Debenhms black lacey pants probably £4, old vest top Topshop £4.00 I think, old hoody Asos around £7.00.
Earlier was wearing Uniqlo polo neck I think was £12.00, Allsaints leggings around £40, fur lined leather biker Allsaints around £400, Nike black Air max trainers around £150, Gossard bra £20ish, and black socks probably £1, carrying cross body bag Whistles £99.

shitpark · 22/10/2019 22:55

I was wearing the same black lacey knickers earlier, was not knickerless

BillywigSting · 22/10/2019 22:58

Asda Harry Potter pyjamas £20, home and bargain slippers £3 and an ancient dressing gown £?

Before I was wearing new look leggings £9, asda spaghetti strap cami £5, decathlon thermal long sleeve top £15, work polo shirt £0, bamboo socks £5, bravissimo bra £20 and matching knickers £5, trespass walking boots £30 (size 3 from kids range and on sale), m&s cardigan £0 (from my dm), new look scarf £16 and a peacocks pea coat £55.

Not at all what I would choose to wear were I not working today but comfortable and practical which is essential for my job.

Bohemienne · 22/10/2019 22:59

John Lewis PJs that were about £60 I think with some woolly Primark socks, part of a 2-pack, maybe £3 for the pair?

But I think I might have your chazza M&S top, OP. Bought it new about 3 or maybe 4 years ago for about a tenner. I love it!

80sMum · 22/10/2019 22:59

Right now: Next jeans, Phase Eight long sleeved top, Monsoon embroidered cardi, birkenstock slides. All at least 5 years old and all bought in online sales.

SnowsInWater · 22/10/2019 23:08

PJ bottoms, $8 from KMart. Lovely soft bamboo eco wear cami top $20. I have now bought seven of these as post-mastectomy they are the most comfortable thing against my skin.

ChickenyChick · 22/10/2019 23:22

I am wearing Dorothy Perkins black skinny jeans (£15) and H&M stripey top (7.99) with Ash black trainers (£70) boring! But comfy

SpoonBlender · 22/10/2019 23:58

Being nearly midnight, I'm in a tshirt (£4/Amazon probably-not-a-Fruit-of-the-Loom-but-sold-as-such), midi pants (£7 for five, Tesco) and my lovely stripy Mozart dressing gown from Bown of London (£70, a christmas gift from DP).

dellacucina · 23/10/2019 00:07

Cuddle duds brand longjohns. Have had them for about 4 years. I think they cost 20 USD.

Navy sweatshirt from Target, probably 10 USD about 7 years ago.

Today I wore a black J Crew tank (a gift), a black J Crew blazer (about 115 USD recently in a sale), a purple patterned skirt from Stitch Fix that I also got recently for about 75 USD, Boots firm support tights (£3.50? There's a discount when you buy two), black Cole Haan court shoes (100 USD, also new), fake pearl and diamond earrings (20 USD), and a vintage gold necklace (don't recall the price).

dellacucina · 23/10/2019 00:08

Oh and my knickers were some tragic ancient period pants from the Gap plus an Intimissimi bra (perfect for tiny cup sizes).

Kinsters · 23/10/2019 03:11

TheClitterati I think we have the same cardigan!

I'm wearing all Uniqlo and no idea how much any of it cost but pretty cheap.

  • Patterned dress (supposedly Swedish pattern)
  • Long ribbed black cardigan
  • Seamless crop top style bra and short style pants
  • Padded black pop socks

Non clothes items

  • Patterned scarf (used as a blanket because the office is freezing) bought for GBP 7 at a market in Egypt about 6 years ago. Apparently I paid way over the odds for this scarf but given how long I've been using it and how well it's lasted I'm very happy with the price!
  • Cheap black flats from a department store in Malaysia - maybe GBP 10?
  • Ruby and diamond ring gifted from my husband's grandmother as a wedding present
BadSun · 23/10/2019 03:25

A green £2 vest and a £5 pair of navy sweat shorts. Both bought from Primark last time I visited England 2 years ago. Which was actually the last time I bought any clothes! Grin

WinterRose92 · 23/10/2019 04:19

Knickers from a primark pack that cost around £4.50 for 4 & a bambi onesie that I bought from primark earlier this year in the sale for £6. Sooooo comfy!

Adversecamber22 · 23/10/2019 07:53
