“No one has asked if I was ok” (alight msiqiote but typing on phone)

What are people’s thoughts? Good on her i think but equally she can leave public eye

It doesn’t matter how privileged your lifestyle is if you are criticised constantly and have your insane family giving vile interviews and writing damning pieces in the gutter press. It’s upsetting enough when there are problems in families without them being played out in public. Her sister and brothers have been very quiet of late though. Wonder if they’ve been paid off?

I don’t think H&M help themselves - knowing what the Mail and Sun readers are like, the ‘I’m not ok’ part of tonight’s documentary will just send them Into a bigger froth. Better to have kept the programme focussed on the tour and highlighting the causes they were involved with there. They should do the usual royal stuff quietly and by the book without emoting about their problems and stop Stoking the fire of the Mail idiots.

Can someone explain why Meghan flicks her coat like this?
m.youtube.com/watch?v=zwgX7i5BnAw

linentowel · 20/10/2019 12:43

Why not write to her and ask Englishdoctor? She’s the only one that knows.

MrsPellegrinoPetrichor · 20/10/2019 12:49

How can she step away from the limelight? I really don't think that's possible for either of them

I dunno,Princess Anne seemed to keep her head down and get on with her charity work.

I can't really muster up any sympathy for either of them tbh.

BertrandRussell · 20/10/2019 12:50

Who knows? Nervous tic? Coat uncomfortable? Something she did a couple of times and it was made a “thing”? To stop her coat catching on the straps of the fake bump? It can hardly have been to “show off” her bump- you could hardly have missed it in those pictures!

Stickyuptail · 20/10/2019 12:51

Englishdoctor is that an issue? Could be something she does when she’s nervous who knows. It seems a strange thing to focus on.

TSSDNCOP · 20/10/2019 12:52

That will be because she is a social climbing father hating nanny firing public money burning lecturing determined American bump-cradling limelight stealing for wearing a coat faking actress with no sense of dignity and an yet to be completed Masterplan English. Couldn’t you tell?

RuffleCrow · 20/10/2019 12:58

I think they just need a shift in attitude more than anything else. If you're looking for peace and acceptance in the internet age it's going to have to come from within, really.

The public was never unanimously in favour of the royals anyway but nowadays every weirdo with an axe to grind has a platform.

She really needs to have a long chat with someone like Brene Brown and find a way not to give a shit about all the axe grinders both inside and outside her family.

JacquesHammer · 20/10/2019 12:59

Im still waiting for someone to explain the thickery that is “her master plan”.

I imagine this will get deleted also because casting aspersions on someone’s intelligence who spouts such utter tripe is, apparently, de trop.

Not quite sure HQ can claim they always delete things that “aren’t in the spirit” anymore as evidenced by this thread.

Englishdoctor · 20/10/2019 13:00

Good gosh. All I did was ask a question out of curiosity.

HarryDaylight · 20/10/2019 13:04

I remember the coat flicking, and wondered if it was something she always did when wearing a coat. It photographs better when the coat is pushed back.

TSSDNCOP · 20/10/2019 13:04

Which I thought I’d answered rather thoroughly English.

Also for the Princess Anne comparers, May I introduce you to the miracle of YouTube which, with close to zero effort, pulled up 5 interviews including a 25 minute slot on Wogan.

TSSDNCOP · 20/10/2019 13:06

Jacques I’ll happily get deleted with you for that was twattery of the highest order.

JacquesHammer · 20/10/2019 13:11

TSSDNCOP

Thank you! Will be interested to see what happens!

Englishdoctor · 20/10/2019 13:13

That's a possibility @HarryDaylight thank you

Dongdingdong · 20/10/2019 13:13

My opinion of her began to change when she wore that coat buttoned in such a way at Eugenie's wedding that it led to everyone speculating that she was pregnant.

I don’t get this. She’d have only been 11/12 weeks at Eugenie’s wedding so wouldn’t have had a bump anyway!

And to those posters saying rich people suffer from mental health issues/other problems like anyone else - yes of course they do, but shedloads of money in the bank makes life a hell of a lot easier.

Funghi · 20/10/2019 13:15

Im still waiting for someone to explain the thickery that is “her master plan”.

It’s not difficult to imagine what this could be, is it?

You mean what you want is for a poster to take the time to write it all down for you to pick away at each line with plenty of: ‘oh and you know her personally do you?’ etc.

Use your imagination, it’s really not that hard.

Hey1256 · 20/10/2019 13:18

And to those posters saying rich people suffer from mental health issues/other problems like anyone else - yes of course they do, but shedloads of money in the bank makes life a hell of a lot easier.*

What an ignorant thing to say. Fool

Hey1256 · 20/10/2019 13:19

So money Neale's you're desperation easier? That's a real insult to everyone who suffers from mental health.

Go and educate yourself

TSSDNCOP · 20/10/2019 13:21

Was I close with the golden coach plan Funghi?

Clue: there is no Masterplan and anyone that seriously thinks there is a total nut job.

BertrandRussell · 20/10/2019 13:22

“ It’s not difficult to imagine what this could be, is it? ”

Well, it is for me! She has all the money she could possibly want, a man who appears to worship the ground she walks on and a baby. What else could she want? To be Queen? I suppose she only has to kill 6 (is it 6?) people.....

Funghi · 20/10/2019 13:27

It has come up regularly on these threads and you’ve certainly been on enough MM threads to hazard a guess.

Hey1256 · 20/10/2019 13:27

I find it really weird that people think a successful/rich persons mental health is somehow immune compared to 'normal people'

So bizarre.

We only have to look at the amount of successful/rich/famous people that have commit suicide or been to rehab had all sorts of addictions to know that clearly they have pressures like we all do and struggle to cope with everyday life, it's just perhaps a different type of struggle.

Some people are so ignorant, nasty and stupid
