What the hell are these red bumps on me?

Started a couple of weeks ago maybe? Mainly on my legs, I thought maybe spots or ingrown hairs but I've never had this before. Then I thought I may be allergic to the tights I've bought from m&s lately, but never had problems before.

I've checked my bed for bedbugs, no sign of them at all. Carpet fleas? But all the furniture and carpet is really new.

Washing liquid hasn't changed. Don't think it's shower gel or anything. I've attached a pic of one that has just popped up on my forearm.

Please does anyone have any ideas what it could be? It's driving me mad!

Are they even itchy?

They look like ingrown hair/inflamed hair follicles that will go away.

Also just noticed this on the back of my knee... I'm not sure if it's a bruise though?

Are the spots like molluscum contagiousum?

Dd had bumps like yours on her legs and I was convinced they were bed bug bites... had our GP look at them and it turned out to be eczema

Pretty sure it's not molluscum contagiosum, the spots look different. They do look more like bites tbh....

I'm thinking it may be work.... carpet fleas...
