For me it's not the specifics of someone's appearance, it's about the use of the internet and media for graphic images and for notoriety. How do we ever know if someone's account or private details have been hacked or if they were cynically released for publicity? I don't know enough about Danielle Lloyd to have known about this picture at the time or what she's had to say about it, if anything. I have read here that she now has some kind of pay per view account and if there are beach time pictures on that, they're obviously not going to be bucket and spade types That picture is something else altogether though, wouldn't you think storing something like that in the Cloud was an invitation for trouble.

It's about the right to privacy for people who are in the public eye and only known because they're in the public eye, not because they're talented or accomplished. You'd think someone making a living like this would be much more savvy about protecting sensitive and private photos, videos and information.

It's also about trust and betrayal, something we can all relate to even if it doesn't have consequences that end up in the tabloids.

I've seen some report quoting RV saying prove this or I'll see you in court. Every day now , more and more column inches about what's essentially a WAGSpat worthy of nothing more than a rerun of Cheshire Housewives. Then the also-rans wade in and it's the ripple effect from a stone in a pond, or in their case a Diamonique Rock

I first saw it when it was referenced with the Jade row and how DL got a free pass.
Now I'm auld and have seen some bad things but it stuck with me. I often think the nude look is rooted in a bad way and normalised.
It made me think of a kids party with snacks

It may be that CR has religious reasons that stop her getting a divorce and so she makes the best of what she has. You may not agree, but sometimes people have reasons other than money to stay in relationships. She's certainly has dealt with it with more dignity than I would.

I think CR has played a blinder here.

1. She’s outed the one leaking the stories and trashed RV publicly and ruined her secret WAG gig
2. Fired a warning shot to anyone else considering selling her out
3. Repositioned herself as a smart, take-no-shit woman in charge.

Unfortunately, when Shrek gets caught out again, she’ll be back to poor put-upon Coleen.

I think meeting Wayne at 12 explains a lot.
Together from 16 what else does she know?

Not sure why people are comparing Coleen's response to Becky leaking stories to her relationship with her husband. He's the father of her children. There is a lot more at stake and to consider compared to issuing a statement about RV. It doesn't mean she's less hurt and angry or forgiving about what he did. The situation with RV is far less complex for her.

D Lloyd has leaked dozens of her own sex videos and photos as she loves attention and then having interviews about what a victim she is. Charging for what's already available freely on the internet is a questionable move although possibly a lucrative one since there are enough weirdos out there.

I don't see the point you are trying to make here. Regardless of her relationship with her husband, CR has every right to be angry at RV. It's not a one or the other comparable situation. Or do you think only people who have perfect relationships have the right to be angry at 2 faced friends?

How many women come on MN though repeatedly putting up with bullshit behaviour from men including cheating. They aren't in the public eye so I don't think the lifestyle and identity etc is necessarily the reason. We have no idea why Coleen chooses to put up with it but she does, and it has no relation to the whole RV situation.

Exactly. I couldn't put up with a sexually incontinent DH like Wayne Rooney but Coleen has her own reasons which may or may not include love, friendship, security, humour, a shared history, family, shared hobbies/interests, being Catholic etc, all she's ever known etc.
The Rooney's may even have some agreement but it's supposed to be discreet.
Coleen isn't stupid (she has 10 GCSEs & was doing her A levels until Wayne proposed. She may have gone on to University) Coleen has her own money & would also get a huge divorce settlement so she would be able to live per her usual lifestyle.
At the end of the day she wants to stay married & who are we to judge her decision, even though she deserves a faithful husband. However maybe that's his only fault apart from being indiscreet.

Read some of the secret footballers articles on footballer' marraiges. So many of them are 'arrangements' and Im pretty sure Rooneys falls into that category. CR probably doesnt want or need your sympathy
