I don't think even footballera are thick enough to think that their money doesn't have something to do with all the women throwing themselves at them in every nightclub they go to. The real story would be if a footballer was genuinely faithful in the face of the enormous peer pressure they must be under and the opportunity presented to them at every turn.

Well when you think of all the stories about Colleen and her family that have been all over the papers over the years, no wonder she is upset.

Jamie’s parents wouldn’t even attend their wedding because RV is ‘risqué, loud and an attention seeker’, too bloody right she is.

I also read that she had another footballer BF before Jamie and apparently when they split she shouted “I’m with a Premiership man now and he’ll take care of me properly” and that she was obsessed with Coleen and nothing was ever good enough for RV, seems like Jamie’s parents saw through her the minute they met..although she probably does love JV then I can see why they don’t like her, pretty harsh not to attend the wedding for their own son though.

His Stepdad basically made out that if it wasn’t for him then JV wouldn’t be where he is today with regards to career, that’s a bit unfair, if JV wasn’t a good player then he wouldn’t be where he is now and it’s a parents, and stepparents job to support their child in their chosen career, is JV meant to give up footie because he no longer sees his Stepdad now?! a real parent wouldnt say such nonsense, sounds like stepdad is in a huff that RV is getting JVs wage and not he!
