When life just kicks you down over and over.

Before we start iv been here years under a couple different names...naice ham,cancel the cheque,penis beaker.

I just need a rant,I need someone to tell me it's going to be fine,I just need someone to give me a handhold today,I have no one in "RL"now.

Here I am one week post surgery,struggling but getting there,Holding it together for my DD (5) in a lot of pain but pushing through.

Then DH walks out,Saturday he just walks out and leaves us he can't cope with my health issues(they are extensive but I am very very independent and do everything myself).Yesterday was in survival mode,got through the day was so proud of myself and today iv woke up so deflated.

He's left me with nothing,a house with no food,gas,electric.Im sitting here crying because I don't know what I'm going to give DD for dinner after school I just feel like I can't take anymore.

Please nobody start I don't want handouts etc I just want someone to tell me what I'm supposed to do to get through this day?because I'm all out of ideas.Ideas/suggestions for where I go from here please anybody.

It's difficult enough being stuck in the house without being post op OP!
Have you got any plans to try to keep her occupied and make things any easier?
Could you have a lego competition or do some drawing? A DVD afternoon?

My son has adhd and is like an emotional Duracell bunny.
When i need to tire him out i set up a treasure hunt with am obstacle course involved. Could you maybe do that?

To top it off it was pouring with rain here today so we played a LOT of hide and seek,snap and colouring in.

Both worn out from doing nothing and feeling a little deflated.

When I get enough money together eventually l we are going to the toy shop and cinema!and to Greggs for a cake 🙄 her choice!!

How about den building? Do you have any supplies to bake or make pancakes?

Ah the den building is an option for tomorrow!We don't have any pancake/baking ingredients right now or we definitely would of done something like cupcakes my DD loves baking.

Plan Halloween outfits?
Dress up ?
Make up ?
Can your daughter pick out a favourite tune and make up a dance to it and you can judge it .... TEN of course!
Make cards for someone's birthday or Christmas?
Watch favourite DVDs .
Board games.
