What do you buy to treat yourself.

I am trying to get to stop myself from spending impulsively and have given myself a budget of £50 a month for treats and fun.

I have put myself on a semi ban of no gaming as I have spent so much money on that.Problem is I have no idea what else to buy.

I don't drink so that's out.

Swimming is my biggest treat. I go to a gym with a cold plunge pool and a steam room and I love the hot to cold sensation. I think it's proven to be good for mental health as well. If you could get swimming lessons it might be a really positive route to go down. Imagine how proud you would be if you learnt to swim!
