Naked Attraction - I'm beyond shocked.

I was flicking through channels looking for something to watch and this came on. I had no idea it's title meant they were actually naked! What possesses anyone, man or woman to go on television completely stark naked? Is is just me who's being an old fuddy duddy to be horrified at this? The words embarrassed and cringemaking don't begin to cover it IMO.

Lauren doesn’t have a penis. She explained on big brother that time. She chose to have the vagina but without depth, so she can’t have sex with it but it makes her feel more like a woman I guess. I class her as a traditional transsexual with dysphoria.

I discovered Naked Attraction when DD was tiny. One night when she was about a month old and cluster feeding, I was pacing the living room with her in my arms trying to get her wind up as the screen froze on five pairs of tits. Her eyes got all big and wide and her mouth was making "gimme boobies" like she hadn't been fed in weeks (rather than literally minutes!)

I also find it cringe and would never go on it, but I do think there's something to be said for it being one of the only shows on tv which shows a broad range of totally normal bodies (including fat, disabled, hairy, bald, saggy, wrinkly, cellulitey etc.). I think that can be quite helpful and refreshing in today's world of airbrushed models and Instagram filters.

Agree about Judith. She seemed a sandwich short of a picnic, and was seriously unhinged. I don't know if she has anyone in her life who cares about her; parents, siblings, adult children etc, but SOMEONE should have stopped her going on!

I feel like you. The whole concept is pretty horrible, but that woman (Judith) and the way she spoke suggested she had something wrong with her, (rather than she was just 'woke' or sexually uninhibited.) I have known and spoke to, 1000s of people in my life, and I have never spoken to anyone who has come out with the stuff she was saying.

As I said, what is she (and people like her) trying to prove? You are capable of shagging, and doing kinky stuff. BIG DEAL. Many other people do this; it doesn't make you special. Just as it doesn't make you special if you have shagged several hundred people or more.

Wild animals can shag. It doesn't mean you're clever, or more attractive than those who have only shagged 5 to 10 people (or less.) And it doesn't mean you are more sexually uninhibited or more 'fanciable' than people who have only shagged half a dozen people.

As @GroggyLegs says, it's not the nudity or the thought of people having sex that makes Naked Attraction bad. It's the fact that it's cringeworthy, and the people on it are desperate for fame. And as I said, talking openly about enjoying a man stroking your pussy with his foot was just off-the-scale batshit. (I mean TALKING about it on national TV, not necessarily the act itself...)

This show and other equally as distasteful offerings are the reason I no longer have a tv. Wtf possessed them? I think it's stupid and undignified and just goes to show how low tv has gone, along with rubbish like Loose Women and the Jeremy Kyle monster, although that has died a death at least.

I've been a naturist club member for years but there is no way I'd ever go on this awful show. Being naked in an appropriate environment is fine but talking about shoving whipped cream up your fanny on national TV is just awful. No dignity at all. And going down the shops afterwards. Doesn't bear thinking about.

I saw an episode once where a woman had pubes and the chooser bloke was horrified and I think she was the first to be rejected.

Of course it comes from porn, I'm old enough to remember the only time you had your pubes shaved was when you had a baby in case you needed a section or if you needed a gynae op. People just didn't shave when I was a teen ,we were delighted when our pubes first sprouted as it meant we were growing up !

I watch this show if it’s on out of morbid fascination. I grew up in quite a prudish household and haven’t had that many’s sexual encounters. So just find it all a bit eye opening I guess

I think it was the Judith episode me and DS watched. She lives locally to us (never met her though). We were astonished by her!

I don’t know about Judith, however I know a couple of men who are nerds and also totally inappropriate and come out with some real stunners about sex - and it honestly comes from total naivety and innocence. So I just feel a bit protective of anyone on that show who might be like Judith, although I’ve never seen her, as they could well just be totally naive. I’d hate to think of people laughing at them.

Naturist clubs are very straight laced and based on healthough natural living. We have people of of there, fat, thin, mastectomy, colostomy it's very liberating. I'm sure the bald genitals are all down to porn. Hardly anyone is bald at my club. We are all as nature intended.

I might join a naturist club. I feel my verdant lady garden would be completely unappreciated in modern circles, and especially on NA.

I think it's less random than it looks. I've seen all the shows (car crash TV as a grubby secret). I've seen 3 of the candidates in the pods in more than one show, I think there are fewer candidates than it appears.
I do like that they have featured people with disabilities etc but it's a thin line between "inclusive" & "woke".
