They have a ““Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy!”” sign in the sad face photos 😂

WaggingKnife · 01/09/2019 23:04

Absolutely love the the response from the cab company. Grin

Ciwirocks · 01/09/2019 23:14

I raise you the mini cheddars sad face story 😂 www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/mum-forced-spit-out-mini-13895683.amp

NannaNoodleman · 01/09/2019 23:15

They're taking the piss. They're almost laughing in the sad face photos. It's probably the editor's cousin helping out by generating some clickbait.

I refuse to believe this is true.

PancakeAndKeith · 01/09/2019 23:17

I’m just going to add that it is literally a five minute walk from Asda to their house.

Even with too much shopping to carry why didn’t one of them walk home with the frozen stuff while the other waits with the rest and the baby?

NannaNoodleman · 01/09/2019 23:17

@Ciwirocks the police were probably concerned about dehydration from a mouth crammed full of mini cheddars. She should be thankful.

Claphands · 01/09/2019 23:18

40 & 43?!?!? Really?

Blueuggboots · 01/09/2019 23:21

It's a new game! "Mini cheddars, mini cheddars" instead of "chubby bunnies"!! 😂😂😂😂😂

Blueuggboots · 01/09/2019 23:22

That's aimed at @Ciwirocks !!!

PalmersGreen · 01/09/2019 23:22

Ciwirocks

“She has since made a formal complaint about the incident, and despite receiving a complaint from a sergeant, says she has not heard anything from the officers.”

Is that a typo? Doesn’t make sense.

I think she must have stopped outside a drug house to grab a mouthful of cheddars.

ChocolateTea · 01/09/2019 23:25

Someone on a local FB group Google mapped walking from their house to the store. It said 6 minutes. 0.3 of a mile. Wtf??? Why would you not walk that?! At least one of them could have walked the baby and freezer stuff home

HeadintheiClouds · 01/09/2019 23:25

The universe was trying to do them a favour. The last thing that pair need is ice cream.

Bookworm4 · 01/09/2019 23:29

@HeadintheiClouds
🤣🤣🤣🤣🍦🍦

Ciwirocks · 01/09/2019 23:31

@palmersgreen that probably meant to say ‘reply’. The author was probably too busy laughing to notice. She must have crammed the whole packet in her mouth to have such difficulty talking after she had stopped etc!

SingingSands · 01/09/2019 23:33

This made me think of the character Ricky Gervais plays in "Afterlife" where he goes around the local community reporting on shit local news stories!

PalmersGreen · 01/09/2019 23:35

Ciwirocks Yes you’re probably right.

I have had to eat mini cheddars now and I’d already brushed my teeth. This is my sad face ☹️ .

Mrsfrumble · 01/09/2019 23:36

Their baby is really cute, and looks rather embarrassed to be involved in the whole fiasco.

And the owner of the taxi is a legend 😂

Mrsfrumble · 01/09/2019 23:36

*taxi firm

BikeRunSki · 01/09/2019 23:43

Why is there Kent news on a Cambridgeshire news site?

PickAChew · 01/09/2019 23:50

Man needs a cool bag and some ice packs.

JaneJeffer · 01/09/2019 23:51

My mouth was literally bulging with Mini Cheddars and an officer was screaming.
Grin

LazyDaisey · 01/09/2019 23:58

“Why is there Kent news on Cambridgeshire news site?”

Because it’s not local at all! They copied it from a local Kent paper and even link to the original. The guy just added his name to the story after lifting it Shock

Gingerkittykat · 02/09/2019 00:08

She said: "He then said to me 'open your mouth' and he grabbed hold of my face and squeezed. He asked me to open and it's just congealed cheddars and he said, 'Is that a bag of brown?' and I said 'no'.

Snorting with laughter here.

PalmersGreen · 02/09/2019 00:13

I wouldn’t know what he meant by a bag of brown. Assume it’s drugs. Think I would have replied “no it’s a bag of orange”.
