I’m staying in and getting loads of washing done

It’s cool and cloudy here. I am annoyed.

Been for a 7 mile run 🥵 now getting ready to paint a ceiling. DSs bedroom is in need if a makeover so his new curtains and bed sheets are in the wash ready to use once ive done the walls.

Need to get DD from work at 5.

Got the day off, sitting in the garden half in the shade (my legs desperately need some colour) watching my reptiles enjoy the 'real' UV rays in their rabbit run type setup. Thinking about sending DP out to get me a paddling pool to just sit in before I melt into my sun lounger.

Working from home while hearing my LO screaming in the background as it is too hot for my DP to take her out somewhere.

I keep getting booted of the work VPN so I presume everyone else is doing WFH today due to the heat.

I’m a cleaner.
2 jobs down & 1 just started . It’s a 5 hour job.
I need to clean the kitchen- the Aga is on
I need to iron in the utility- the tumble dryer is on.
Seriously considering saying fuck it & jumping in their pool.
Sweat is literally dripping & all body parts feeling v uncomfortable.
Oh well think of the money 😫

It's my birthday. We were supposed to be going out as a family. Instead we are staying at home getting on each others nerves. Birthdays are crap.

I'm wfh luckily, as my office doesn't have air con and would be like a sauna today. Feeling very sorry for everyone who had to work in this heat.

I've got the curtains shut and the fans on, it's ok at the moment. My dogs not happy, but he will keep going outside and standing in the sun

Working in a 30 degree heat office, my fan is making noises which are incredibly annoying

Just got back. It is now 32 outside. Luckily inside my house is much cooler at 26, which feels heavenly compared to outdoors.

Staying in. My asthma is terrible and I am struggling to breathe, plus my RA has flared so I can't walk much either. Tempted to get a taxi to cinema though as it has air conditioning

Hairdressers.
Then wafting around a cool house sipping gin

Gardening, pottering outside, doing a workout at the gym, shopping. No work today and chores to do but I'm one of the oddballs who loves this weather!

I’m in a pottery studio. I need to set of the kiln in a minute. It’ll reach 1260c! It’s gonna get hot 🥵

I'm outside. Working.

Been to playgroup this morning and then the supermarket which was l only and cool. This afternoon I’m allowing 2 year old DS to watch as much Peppa Pig on the sofa as he likes while the baby is sleeping.

Currently lying on the sofa with a fan on full blast - our back garden is like an oven at the moment!

The cats are loving the sunshine and are slowly cooking themselves on the carpet but the dog is restless and too warm!

Me and ds (7) have made a fort in the house and are watching a movie on the tablet and eating ice cream. Cat is sitting beside us with some cold cat milk.

I offered the pool but ds isn't interested and I'm glad

Ferrying around drinks and ice creams to my contractors 🥵🥵

I managed to drag myself to the car to go to the drive through. Air con was 👌🏻

Now back and baking again
