So I’m slowly rebuilding myself after (finally) getting the courage to leave and weirdly yesterday I found that playing certain songs really helped me feel less awful and more determined to ignore his messages. I’ve got

The one that really worked for me was Karma Killer by Robbie Williams - the sentiments suited my situation perfectly
