Just a general question - how often on average do you go?
I find myself going once or twice in a month and now conscious that I go too much!

For myself, once every two or three years, outside of smear tests. Sometimes as long as five years. I found pregnancy really weird as it felt like I was at the doctor's surgery, albeit seeing the midwife, so much and have never had so much attention on my health!

Once a year maybe, if that.

Never. Well almost never. I had a usual nurse BP check (for getting prescribed the pill again) and it was craaaaazy high so I did have three appointments over a 6 month period (now on BP meds so never again hopefully) but other than that? Maybe twice in 15 years.

The kids (12, 9 and 7) have met a doctor once each as young babies.

I am 55 and I last went to the Dr about 6 years ago. Before that I can't remember.
