Favourite ice cream flavour?

I want to make some ice cream today despite the weather but I don't want to make anything "normal" like vanilla, strawberry or chocolate.

What's your favourite ice cream flavour of all time? I need a bit of inspiration!

Cheshire Farm do an amazing honeycomb. You could get a crunchie and some caramel sauce and do something similar.

Brown bread. It used to be made in a local restaurant when I was young and served with butterscotch sauce, 🍦the best!

Nigella has a recipe for amaretti creams which are amaretti ice creams really. Also delicious.

Not my favourite but there used to be a lovely restaurant near me who has Basil flavoured icecream. It was divine!
