Favourite ice cream flavour?

I want to make some ice cream today despite the weather but I don't want to make anything "normal" like vanilla, strawberry or chocolate.

What's your favourite ice cream flavour of all time? I need a bit of inspiration!

Turkish Delight with chocolate bits which I've had to stop myself asking for Angel Delight a few times.

I find it hard to choose between toffee and rum n raisin

I like bubblegum. Preferably with sprinkles but I do like the most childish flavours. Honeycomb is a fav too and probably a bit more grown up!!

Think I'm a loner here but mango sorbet is the absolute dream
