I don't think men care what their spunk tastes like no matter what women have discussed amongst themselves for years and in fact there are probably men out there who find it funny that it might taste vile, high five, fish yoghurt, harhar, snigger snigger, etc. No one is telling men they have a responsibility to make sure their spunk tastes better whereas the whole point of the tweet in the OP is that vaginas taste disgusting and it's up to women to improve on what nature intended in order to please men.
