Do you put on fresh pyjamas every night?

I have no reason for asking other than curiosity really! I only change my pyjamas once or twice a week but other threads have made me wonder if that’s a bit grim?!

Don't wear anything to bed. Saves the washing and your dilema. 😁

I used to change like you but now with lovely hot flushes and night sweats I have to change every day.

I wear lounge wear around the house before bed and tend to change those every day as I wear them from around 5-11. Then nothing to bed, it’s too hot.

Naked.

Yes I change every night and also wear fleecy pjs most of the year round. I don't tend to sweat a lot but I'm usually cold lol

I wear PJs for 2 nights before washing.

I can easily wear the same ones for a week 🤷‍♀️

Once a week. No wonder people have so much washing wearing once set a night lol.

Wear the same pair for a week. I wear joggers in the evening they probably get was once a week, if that.

I re-wear most clothes unless theybare dirty or it was hot

I change mine every night but its basically hotpants and a vest and I don't wear underwear. The kids will wear them a couple of times.

Me and the children have clean ones every night - we tend to shower then automatically put clean ones on

Change once a week, if possible just after changing the sheets - nice new fresh bed and fresh pyjamas.

But tbh I have always preferred them to be clean each night, because they’re just a bit nicer that way somehow.
