Do you put on fresh pyjamas every night?

I have no reason for asking other than curiosity really! I only change my pyjamas once or twice a week but other threads have made me wonder if that’s a bit grim?!

Change pjs twice a week here. But we aren’t a very sweaty family.

agree with you Alexa. my nighty once a week and my 2dc PJs are changed once a week.

Glad I’m not the only one! It helps that I don’t have a DP, so the only person effected by (potentially) smelly PJs is me

DH and I have had clean birthday suits every night since way before we met. Saves laundry as we would shower before bed ayway.

Haven’t worn pjs since I was a child. I wear a T-shirt and knickers.

Clean PJ's every night for myself and children. (Clean school uniform daily too.)

About twice a week but I often wear them from 5pm until around 7:30am.
I change my bed every 3 weeks but there’s just me so i’m not that messy

I sleep in knickers and vest top. I wear the same vest 2-3 nights depending on hot hot I get.

Every other day. Sometimes daily, if I’ve opted for a shower before bed instead of that morning, and I don’t want to put dirty pyjamas back on.

Once a week, sometimes slightly longer assuming I’m not unusually grubby for some reason. Same with bedding.

Slept naked since I was 14! 40+ now!
