What foods are like "crack" to you?

For me it's peanuts. Any nuts really but salted KPs in particular, I literally cannot stop eating them once I get going. I have to ration them to weekends only.

And tiger bread. I could stand at the kitchen side with a bread knife and some butter and make serious headway in eating a whole loaf if I let myself.

What foods are like this for you?

Flapjacks especially the bakewell ones...obsessed!

NoShitHemlock · 12/05/2019 20:15

Bloody Haribo Blush

I buy the BIG bags of Supermix or Jellybabies (which are fucking awesome btw) and "pretend" they are for my hordes of children if asked (in reality 1 x 13DD who hates them - YAY more for me!!).

Then I eat them scrolling through MN Grin

A spicy pasta dish from a local cafe - mmmm..
Pot Noodles (beef and tomato or bombay bad boy - can take or leave the curry one)
Hot Chillies on anything
Breakfast Juice (orange and grapefruit)
Any takeaways (probably the msg!!)

Mini choc brownie bites
Mini flapjacks.

Tried then under the illusion would just have a small one. Doesn't work.

Sarcelle · 12/05/2019 20:23

Feta cheese.

Oblomov19 · 12/05/2019 20:24

Surprised you say you only buy at Christmas. Or that you could eat a whole bag of crisps. But don't. I do.
I buy all the things I find addictive. All the time.

ChristianGreysAnatomy · 12/05/2019 20:24

Doritos.
I only ever buy the blue ones, which are crack- like enough.

I can’t buy the orange ones because I literally can’t eat them fast enough and I get scared at how high on greed and joy they make me. I think I need professional help.

MotherOfTheNoise · 12/05/2019 20:25

Pringles, wotsits (I had serious cravings for them in pregnancy and now I just love them!), caramel chocolate, white bread with salty butter, prawns, cheese and crackers, grapes, Sauvignon Blanc, pizza, nachos...I think I just like carbs and wine really? Grin

Violetroselily · 12/05/2019 20:25

Chocolate mini rolls

I could eat a 10 pack in one sitting

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 12/05/2019 20:25

Ritz crackers. I'm not safe to be alone with them...

Carpet86 · 12/05/2019 20:25

Pralines & Cream Haagen-Dazs (also contains crack)
French bread, butter and cheddar (now I'm gluten free this is out if my life)
Feta cheese

iklboo · 12/05/2019 20:28

sam221 · 12/05/2019 20:30

Basically all sweet foods, chocolate, cakes, mousse and icecream- I don't trust myself with them in the house, so they are only ever bought on a eat too basis.

karala · 12/05/2019 20:30
