Unfermented soya flour has no place in bread, baps, rolls, muffins nor as part replacement for wheat flour in anything.
...and it is in all fucking bread products apart from Aldi and Sainsburys muffins, crumpets and Tesco finest sliced bread (last I looked).
It's one of the top food allergens in the world and can fuck your guts up even if you're not actually properly allergic. It screws with your hormones (especially women's) , too much is carcinogenic and it makes bread taste like undercooked but somehow burnt tasting shit. It's funny bone dry tooth squeaky bite which leaves a squashed whiter than white line when you bite your sandwich is vile.
It is only there to soak up a shit tonne of water like a fucking a super absorbant sponge. It's not there to add protein, you bread industry lying bastards. It's there to maximise profits by cutting down on the amount of dry ingredients you have to use to produce a 500 gram loaf by adding as much water as possible before people refuse to eat it.
(Although some indications are that people are beginning to refuse to eat it and have started making their own)

I'm sick of making bread so I can have a god damn normal bread textured unadulerated sandwich that I can actually chew and swallow.
