Most boring film you've ever seen?

I'm watching On Chesil Beach and I can't remember the last time I watched a film this dull. Only sticking with it to see how they do the, ahem, early arrival part. Thinking about it the book was fairly shite too.

What's the most boring film you've ever seen so I can avoid nights like this

Blood diamond, I only say that as I fell asleep within 10mins at the cinema and missed the whole thing.

Dallas Buyers Club. It seemed like there was always a long shot of a plane launching or landing. I fell asleep in the cinema to my shame. How someone could make a very dull film out of something intrinsically so emotionally charged is a mystery to me.

The grand budapest hotel. Was by far thee most shitest film I have ever seen!! In fact it was that shite i fell asleep 😴😴😴😴😴

Event horizon - still not sure what the point of it was.
Any Thomas the tank engine film (but at least they’re short).

Tree of life. Two hours of my life I'll never get back. Then I turned it off because it was still going.

I'm surprised at how many sat Lost In Translation...one of my very favourite films! Beautiful photography and fantastic characters, love the slow, meandering pace.
Agree with Eyes Wide Shut, American Beauty and Mama Mia - dreadful!!!

Raging Bull - My god that was tedious

Rocky - saw first 10 mins and then woke up at the end credits

The Thin Red Line, no contest. The most notable thing that happened during that painful cinema experience was someone getting a top score on Snake. Everyone cheered.
