Best big estate car - need vast boot

I need advice from estate car drivers please. Job & hobby require the transport of increasing amounts of bulky equipment, mostly in big crates. My hatchback permanently has the back seats down, but it's a struggle.

Which estates have the biggest boots? Width is a key factor. Low sill would be best.

Our Skoda Octavia is our workhorse and takes us camping without the need for a roof box. Boot is huge, car is also really efficient :)

Toyota Avensis estate. Very good car.

Nearly bought the Hyundai i40 (preciously had n i30) but it comes (came?) in diesel only and we wanted petrol.

Another vote for Audi A6 estate. It's just massive!
