High heels (painful)
Trainers (ugly)
Fake tan (weird)
Anything grey and billowy that makes me look like an extra ( a fat extra) from One Flew Over The Cookoo's Nest
High neckline (sack of potatoes)
Stripes (see Cookoo's nest)
Plastic jewellery (1970's rom com)
Crop Top ( just basic consideration for others)
Camel toe shoes ( return them to the camel, please)
Aviator glasses ( see rom com)
Gym ( it wouldn't be fair: see crop top)

shitpark · 17/04/2019 01:31

High heels
Visible logos
Anything from Joules or (sorry) Next
Things with cutouts and bits missing

pictish · 17/04/2019 07:38

Lipstick. I have tried but can’t get to grips with it at all. I always look odd in it, like a little girl who has raided her mum’s make up bag. The shade never seems right and always feels like I’ve just eaten a bag of chips. You’ve got to touch it up all the time as well, so requires maintenance.
Too tricksy for me!

LonelyTiredandLow · 17/04/2019 08:10

Animal print
Thick soled shoes that look like diving weights
Logo emblazoned anything
Wet look trousers

gauntletthrown · 17/04/2019 08:26

Crocs
Baseball cap
Anything with an obvious logo - why do people need to advertise who made it?
White socks unless hidden under my trainers for the gym
Leggings as trousers, especially the thin ones that then show knickers and every bump on person's arse
Anything cropped
Trainer style wedges
Cold shoulder tops
Fur
Leather
Clothing with prints of animal artwork (e.g. wearer's Alsatian dog) or those wolf/warrior woman/dolphin fleece things
I don't like Joules either but they do have the odd non evil thing that isn't obviously them (and I do buy their kids jeans in the sale for my son as they last well)
Gilet
Bum bag
Scrunchie
Metallic trainers
Boot cut jeans
Animal prints
A baby in a sling facing forwards! Gives me the rage as it's bad for them.

Giggorata · 17/04/2019 08:39

Polyester
Acrylic
Cold shoulder, what is point
Sportswear
Trainers
Animal prints, except for boots, for some reason
Ripped jeans, exposing aged pudgy knees
Midriff tops, similar awfulness
Shorts/short skirts, see above
High and polo necks, for that slab look
Dropped waist dresses, make me look like a 50s maiden aunt
Beige/white, makes me look like a corpse
Pandora or the other one
Prints with a white background
Checked anything

Anything frilly or girly. I'm tall and have an abiding fear of looking like Dame Edna, or Grayson Perry in Claire mode.

But I'm often see in in sportswear, trainers, animal prints, stripes… and I love a polo neck for a 'don't mess, bitch' vibe (and warmth, practically speaking).

Unburnished · 17/04/2019 12:26
