We had a cheater’s roast. ( frozen and prepared veg)

And ice cream that I’d made this morning out of sheer boredom

Fritata and salad

braised steak with onion gravy, dauphinoise potatoes (ready made bought) and green beans

We had Sunday roast at local pub. Lovely!

Low carb here - chicken with mushroom sauce and cauliflower.

Salmon en croute with vegetable rice. And plum crumble for pudding!

I had roast vegetable salad with nuts/seeds and avos, and some weird falafels I got from whole foods that have dried fruit in them. They sound gross but actually smelled and tasted amazing!

I was a proper grown up and had jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and cheese. bloody lovely it was too.

We had gammon roast potatoes mash andcreamy leeks was delicious enough left for chips and egg tomorrow night

Steak pie for 2 of us and chicken pie for the other 2 with aunt bessies roasted and fresh veg. All cooked by my dh so I didn't even care about the frozen roasties. No washing up either! Perfect Sunday

Gammon, creamy mashed potatoes, cauliflower with cheese sauce and peas, it was delicious, will have the rest of the gammon tomorrow with baked potato.

Turkey steak, with red Leicester cheese in the middle, wrapped in bacon, jacket potato and big fat mushrooms with garlic, herb, butter and breadcrumb topping. It was a bit tasty!

Dinner was hot beef n onion butties with last nights left over roast beef.

Tea was chicken tagine and cous cous

Turkey curry with the last frozen bit of turkey left over from Christmas. Sauce from a jar and rice from a micro pouch.

It’s St Patricks Day so friends for a late lunch after church. Early start tomorrow, so didn’t want a late night.

Smoked salmon pate with soda bread.
Rolled pork fillet with a black and apple stuffing on fennel. Colcannon cakes and roast carrots.
Coffee torte with whiskey sauce.

Toast and a banana for supper.

Cod marinaded in miso, wasabi sauce, griddled broccoli with lemon and garlic a d coconut rice. Easy peasy and delicious

Cup of tea and some short bread biscuits

bahn mi here - after a brunch of migas - basically pork in different forms all day long!

Thai curry, entirely from the freezer and the cupboard! Frozen Quorn chunks and stirfry vegetables with coconut milk and noodles.

Hubby and the kids had chicken enchiladas and I had a steak and salad. I'm bloody obsessed with steaks at the mo. Had it yesterday too.
