We had a cheater’s roast. ( frozen and prepared veg)

And ice cream that I’d made this morning out of sheer boredom

Roast chicken, mini roast potatoes with garlic, carrots, green beans, peas and gravy.

DH maintains he doesn't like roast dinners but he's outvoted now as DS loves them and anyway he went back for a second helping

Our Cheaters Roast was;
Prepared chicken with stuffing
Frozen roast potatoes, roast parsnips, broccoli and peas.
All with instant gravy

Couple of slices of toast
