What's for Sunday lunch or dinner today?

I've prepared a shepherd's pie and a trifle for later so that I can binge watch tv until I need to turn the oven on.
What are you having? A roast or something different?

we were out for lunch (Sunday roast!) so DH and I will have nothing and the DCs will have Heinz tomato soup and cheese toasties!

Honey mustard gammon, roast potatoes, roast carrots, purple sprouting broccoli, spring cabbage, cider gravy. It was bloody delicious.

@HelmutFrontbut he's just left . I was so madly in love with him many years ago and he's still great company but I don't think I'll ever be able to be with a man again

@BertrandRussell Oh I did! Don't you worry. Apparently he thought they would serve other things as well as Carveries but it was only a small pub?! He does change his mind like the wind and can be thoughtless selfish at times. I often hear "Sorry, I didn't think"
