Bloomburger · 14/03/2019 17:50

£2917 North Essex.

Wendywoo1000 · 14/03/2019 18:53

Too bloody much. 4 bed small holding. Nit sure what im really paying for as:

Local roads are full of potholes.
I have no street lights.
No gritter when its freezing or snowing.
No bus through the villages as the council stopped it.
No school in the village as the council closed it as it would be too expensive they said to fix it.
Police station is always shut.
Bin collection every 4 weeks.
Recycling every week but most of it ends up on the street if the wind catches it before they put it in the wagon. They never fucking pick it up. Oh and no bins in the village neither.
And a fucking lazy councillor.

DoingTheBestICan · 14/03/2019 19:13

Just had our bill, it's gone up 8.8% to £2,000 per annum. Band E, 3 bedroom house in North Wales. Oh and that doesn't include water which is £800 per annum.

We also have to pay extra to the council to have garden waste taken away. Robbing bastards!!

Barrenfieldoffucks · 14/03/2019 19:14

£1900, 3 bed semi on Isle of Wight. Gone up 400 in two years.

Cloudtree · 14/03/2019 19:18

Over £3300 - Band G

MattMagnolia · 14/03/2019 19:34

I pay the same for my tiny terraced cottage as friends pay for a similar one, only theirs has been extended to three times the size it was, with a double garage and granny annex.
So unfair.

There are quite some differences on this thread.
