I'm completely devoid of ideas, inspiration and inclination. We had meatballs on Monday, spiced chickpea stew and cous cous last night. We've got quite a bit of food in but utterly uninspired especially as if we have meat I have to cook something different for DD who is pescaterian

Pandora? Panko!

I'm not very inspiring. I am having mousakka but it is a ready meal. I love mousakka, no one else in my family would eat it. DC will be fed by after-school club/ nursery, DH will feed himself, I am working a night shift and don't want to cook a proper meal before that.

Lamb chops, greens, and dauphinois potatoes.

Keep life easy for yourself, veggie or fish all the way!
Tuna, chilli and sweet potato fishcakes
Sweet chilli salmon with stir fried veg
Tuna pasta bake
Cod marinated in yoghurt and curry paste, topped with mango chutney and baked (my personal fav)
Big flat mushrooms stuffed with Stilton caramelised onion and breadcrumb.
Roasted veg fritata
Pasta arabiata

Looking for inspiration here!!

Last night I made chopped onion, garlic, peppers, chicken and chorizo with white wine, chilli and stock - oven cooked for an hour and served with brown rice

Monkeybunkey · 13/03/2019 11:08

Sausage and homemade wedges for me, possibly with peas or green beans (whatever's in the freezer!) and gravy.

MintedLamb · 13/03/2019 11:10

Garlic & chilli prawn pasta for us. I've been craving prawns for weeks!

fleshmarketclose · 13/03/2019 11:10

Fish chips and peas, I'm making real chips so they will be happy at that.

ilovepinkgin33 · 13/03/2019 11:15

Ham and mushroom tagliatelle

blamethecat · 13/03/2019 12:26

We are having a Spanish chicken stew thing, it's in the slow cooker so we can eat as son as we get in. Chicken, chorizo, onions, peppers and tomatoes, stock and Bulghar wheat all shoved in together with whatever herbs are about.

Theworldisfullofgs · 13/03/2019 12:29

Leek and feta roulade. I tend to look on pinterest for inspiration.

GMtoBe · 13/03/2019 12:31

Most likely jacket potatoes with beans and cheese, Linda McCartney sausages and some salad. At the moment I feel a bit rubbish about it but I know I'll really enjoy it, jacket potatoes are so underrated!
