It's a good song but I wouldn't say it was their best, imo.
I'm partial to "Love Comes Tumbling", the full-length version with that gorgeous "drone" near the end that results in a climax and it ends magnificently as it leaves me a bit breathless after hearing it.
I would also add "Heartland" and "Unforgettable Fire" and definitely "Bullet the Blue Sky". There's also "Deep in the Heart", "Electrical Storm" and "Luminous Times" for the lyric: "I love you 'cause I need to, not because I need you". Ooh. But there's so many to choose from...
I'm an old U2 fan as I first saw them live during the War tour in 1983 when I was 12/13 (my older sibling took me to those early gigs) so I've grown up with them. I don't love them like I used to as a teen/ young adult but I haven't missed a tour since. My favorite song of theirs is "Saturday Night" because it was the first song I heard of theirs and I just knew they were "my" band.
