Mumsnetters' top picks from ASOS SUPPY - ASOS' new homeware range

Hi all,

Mumsnetters love ASOS for their affordable basics, brilliant occasionwear, and unlimited next day delivery for less than a tenner. But did you know they also do homeware?

This month they've launched a shiny new home and furniture collection called ASOS SUPPLY, and we want to know what you think of it.

So, whether you like the sound of a woven laundry basket that you’ll never see the bottom of, or you think your DC would love a wall hook shaped like an elephant, let us know which SUPPLY items you could see in your home to be in with a chance of winning one of three £150 vouchers to fund your ASOS habit. We'll be picking a winner on Monday 25 February - good luck!

ASOS haven’t paid for this thread but they are providing the prizes and are interested to hear what you think.

We might add a link into your post if we think it would be helpful.

Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

I like the abstract throw because I prefer using throws and blankets and this suits my bedroom.

The gold kitchen utensils look pretty glam but I wonder how well they’ll hold up in the kitchen.

I also like the bamboo planter - would be nice in our bathroom.

DerelictWreck · 18/02/2019 18:40

How bad is it that my favourite thing on there is the bin Grin and the bowls, and the throws... oh dear. Bet this ends up being an expensive browse!

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 18/02/2019 18:51

Oooh - just about to move house and now getting extremely twitchy fingers! Love love love the elephant hook and the yellow tassel cushion - such a lovely colour. But it's the white scroll mirror which is my favourite I think - classic but quirky.

HowDoYouPronounceJohn · 18/02/2019 18:56

My favourite item is probably the Eye See You duvet cover, although it doesn't remotely match my bedroom colour scheme which is lime green.

The Knotted rug is also quite nice, but again wouldn't look quite right in my room due to the pink on it.

KatnissMellark · 18/02/2019 18:59

I love the duvet sets and throws (apart from the scary eyes!). Lovely bright colours and funky patterns.

tapastapas · 18/02/2019 19:02

I did notice they were doing homeware now; which is great; especially with ASOS premier delivery. But then I'm a bit of an ASOS addict who's been buying since the As Seen On Screen days....

I love the bamboo bowls - great for hosting

I like this square mirror. It’s a practical size/shape and o like that it has a bit of a ledge to keep keys/make up/hair pins etc on

I think it's really good it's quite different from the usual stuff you see mass produced everywhere.

Buffyj · 18/02/2019 19:41

I really like the bamboo bowls. I'm definitely going to order a couple of the chips and dips ones. Perfect for movie night.

Ali1cedowntherabbithole · 18/02/2019 19:52

Ooh timely😊

We are redoing most of our downstairs this year and one part of the project is to redo our hall. To make it lighter we are going to paint some of our woodwork white and the rug below would bring some colour in whilst still keeping it bright and light. Love it!

Merchantgirl · 18/02/2019 19:58

I really like the eye mirror-it's the sort of thing in a few years time will be still sought after and no one will know if it was a lucky find in a brocante or from a designer store.

needmorepizzainmydiet · 18/02/2019 20:07

I love all of it! Very on trend.

CatherineMaitland · 18/02/2019 20:09

I absolutely love the colours on these bowls - www.asos.com/asos-supply/asos-supply-3-pack-bamboo-bowls/prd/10555495?clr=multi&SearchQuery=&cid=28698&gridcolumn=4&gridrow=8&gridsize=4&pge=1&pgesize=72&totalstyles=49 So cheering on a grey February day.

Love the gold handle kitchen serving set! Lots of nice things there. Also love the wire bin.

I adore the serving set. I love buying new kitchen accessories as I'm passionate about cooking and entertaining.

EachandEveryone · 18/02/2019 20:13

Definitely the plant hanger as i have minimum space in my little flat.

SmithyDarlingLetsDoShots · 18/02/2019 20:15

I love the throws and rugs and i've got my eye on the scroll mirror when i get paid!

tranquilitybasehotel · 18/02/2019 20:16

Not sure how this slipped me by but it all looks lovely! Scroll frame mirror and zig zag storage baskets have gone straight to my saved items list ready for payday...

spugzbunny · 18/02/2019 20:17

It's not really furniture is it? I like some of it for fast fashion version of homeware but nothing looks what I would consider classic.

On an unrelated note: why doesn't Asos do children's clothes?

meow1989 · 18/02/2019 20:18

I like the accent accessories such as the metal vase and the throws. Not sure much of it would go with what I already have in my house but would love a lot of it if I were redecorating room an off white, it's all very light and airy

Hodgeheggery · 18/02/2019 20:22

I'd noticed the new ASOS supply range on the app. I'm a huge fan of all the eye themed items, we're currently refurbishing our hallway and the gold mirror would really pop with our colour scheme. It's nice to see some bold designs, very similar to the asos design clothing range. Quite often highstreet home items are all very bland, items such as the ombre woven basket would really make a statement. I will be keeping my eye on the range and hope to see it grow! I'm a frequent asos user, the next day delivery works so well for me.

Bebe03 · 18/02/2019 20:29

The ASOS SUPPLY scroll frame mirror is lovely I’m a massive ASOS fan and didn’t know they were doing homewear! Really like the pastel runner rug as would be versatile and would go with anything!
Would like to see more unusual pieces as I always go to ASOS for something a little different but don’t think that’s necessarily reflected in the range (hoping there’s more to come!)

Imgettingcheesefries · 18/02/2019 20:29

I really like all of it. But mostly this throw www.asos.com/asos-supply/asos-supply-triangle-woven-throw/prd/10656050?clr=multi&SearchQuery=&cid=28698&gridcolumn=1&gridrow=24&gridsize=2&pge=1&pgesize=72&totalstyles=49 and the eye mirror is cool too
