Fancy cheese on toast for lunch, what can I top it with to make it extra delicious?

A sprinkling of garlic salt.

Hendersons Relish! Hendos is far superior to Lea & Perrins

Mix the grated cheese with 3 or 4 egg yolks and lots of salt and pepper. Spread on hot buttered toast and put under the grill until the cheese bubbles. Use the egg whites to make cheats meringue in the microwave. Delicious crumbled over a dessert.

BBQ sauce

Garlic butter or mustard.

Sprinkle sugar on the cheese before you toast it. Then as it toasts it gets crispy and you can see the sugar glaze a little. Yumm!!

Very finely sliced chorizo.

Marmite under the cheese, Worcestershire sauce on top with mushrooms on the side.

It's got to be lea and perrins

Nice pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and/or tomatoes, toasted pine nuts.

Sriracha

Henderson's relish or marmite or brinjal pickle

Aran tomato and red pepper or Baxter's tomato relish are divine.

In this order

Toast.
Bacon.
Cheese.

Then serve with beans on top.

Pineapple and finely sliced Green chillies!

I highly recommend slices of chorizo

+1 for kimchi, or a swipe of lime pickle under the cheese.
