Chorizo jam. Not quite up there with heroin, but as far as processed meat products in a jar go, it's very, very good! (also AMAZING in hamburgers) Ooh, or you could try N'duja, that would work.

I have just had cheese, fried egg and pastrami and it was lovely.

I love to put coleslaw under the cheese and the cheese melts into it. Yum.

Kimchi works surprisingly well with toasted/melted cheddar or sharp cheese.
