Please help understand illegible writing my dad made on his deathbed .

If I posted the photos of diary entries can you help me . I have worked some of it out . Mom originally thought he took to his bed after lifting something heavy but it looks like he coughed up blood and had pain in his back .

First paragraph of first photo I think is 'summer starts today. Had coffee and cornflakes with plenty of milk for breakfast.'

Thank you everyone my dad died five years ago but I only just discovered this writing . We never really new what was wrong as he refused to go to drs or hospital until it was too late and my mom has memory loss that I didn't realise how bad it was till after he died and worry I didn't know the whole story

I haven't put the first entry as I could read it . He had not slept a wink felt like he had a bug as felt really rough . Pain in back

November 7th looks like;

The next bit I can't really read, but he mentions looking after something twice.
