We all love a "check this gem out on Rightmove" thread, right?

Ta daaaa. Not sure quite what else to say. Other than, there's a peacock.

This house had a thread already.

Everythingmagnolia · 05/02/2019 22:41

I love this house, there has already been a thread about it though!

Largepiecesofcrookedwood · 05/02/2019 22:42

Someone posted this house a couple of weeks ago. Eagle eyed posters spotted that, as well as a peacock, there is also a stuffed fox sliding down the bannister Grin

userxx · 05/02/2019 22:43

WTF!!!! Wow, I'm speechless. It's kind of impressive in a weird kind of way and yes indeed the owner loves a peacock 😏

EsmesRedPetticoat · 05/02/2019 22:44

Oh! They really... like peacocks don’t they!

notacooldad · 05/02/2019 22:44

No we don't all love a thread about peoples houses.
They end up quite nasty and vile.
You may not like their taste but so what. No need to mock them.

walkingtheplank · 05/02/2019 22:45

Wow! That's quite intense. I wonder who owns it.

AnxiousMcAnxiousFace · 05/02/2019 22:45

I feel like I’ve seen this house in a magazine or newspaper too this week! It is rather spectacular.

Dermymc · 05/02/2019 22:46

"uniquely styled"

Whitney168 · 05/02/2019 22:48

You’d have thought they’d take the price tags off those cushions.

cheesenpickles · 05/02/2019 22:48

This has got to be a boutique B&B. Nobody would decorate that bonkers otherwise.

I kinda like it. Blush

Zofloramummy · 05/02/2019 22:50

I wonder if anyone has actually had a hose sale from a MN thread? Would be funny if it happened.

mooncuplanding · 05/02/2019 22:52

YOLO

I respect this person whole heartedly

twattymctwatterson · 05/02/2019 22:53

I love it. It's bonkers but you could never accuse it of lacking character

wowfudge · 05/02/2019 22:53

This is the third or fourth thread about this one.

SconNotScone · 05/02/2019 22:56

Ah, hadn’t realised there is already a thread, sorry!

Like some others, i’m also rather in awe of it, and think fair game to them! It is very intense, and I would love a little nose around to see all the quirky bits and bobs up close!

I certainly didn’t intend for this thread to be a nasty one @notacooldad

It's a two bed cottage. HOW have they got all that in there? I thought it was a large B&B with all the rooms being labelled as suites until I saw the floor plan. As DH said '...and there we were, worrying that the paint didn't quite match our new wallpaper'

housewifeoflittleitaly · 05/02/2019 22:58

I love this! If I had money I’d buy it as a 2nd home, one where I could roam free.. naked in betwee in peacocks 🦚 No one would notice would they?

elQuintoConyo · 05/02/2019 23:00

I like the fox devouring a pheasant on the windowsill and the fox on the washing machine 😍

Dongdingdong · 05/02/2019 23:03

Whoa - the decor is hideous!

RJnomore1 · 05/02/2019 23:04

I thought the fox on the windowsill was shagging the pheasant.

It's actually hugely impressive but far too fussy for my personal taste to live in.

ImogenTubbs · 05/02/2019 23:07

I kind of love it. Bit minimalist for my taste though. Needs a few more chandeliers.

GreenDinosaur · 05/02/2019 23:07

It's fabulous!! I'm very tempted!!

PotOOOOOOOO · 05/02/2019 23:08

“Hand painted muriel” Grin

RedForShort · 05/02/2019 23:12

That's impressive. The amount of dedication and work that was put into creating it!!
