Looks like smoked salmon on the right.

Left could be mousse or could be a funky shaped poached egg.

Something wrapped in parma ham?

Fish and mash and peas.
Done posh.

Ham & egg whites.

Looks like a crossiant in the background that makes me believe the drink is a tomato juice vs a Bloody Mary. So it's a breakfast dish - Salmon or parma ham, potentially an omelette or formed scrambled egg next to it?
