I am curious 3Out but only because I opened this thread. I'd prefer it if someone told me it was really made out of cake or Lego as that would be an impressive reveal. As it is lots of pp's are going to be right / nearly right. Not as much fun.

If that is smoked salmon it looks like it’s been hanging around the kitchen unrefrigerated for a week. It’s dark and dry and curling up at the edges.
If the other weird looking thing on the plate is indeed an egg white omelette as pp’s suggest, then it’s a crime against food.
And the presentation is just nasty.
